The president of an apartment association allegedly hid cameras in a flowerpot in the master bedroom of a hostel to spy on a naked couple.

Robert William Orr, 59, is accused of spying on a couple in “various stages of undress,” according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office in Florida.

The couple stayed at the Palm Coast guest house for an entire weekend before the woman discovered a connected USB camera in a flower pot in the master bedroom while packing on Aug. 30, cops said.

“This pervert installed video cameras in an apartment he was a security guard at so he could watch people inside without their knowledge or consent,” Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staley said. “It’s a disgusting invasion of privacy.”

The couple took the camera to the police. Investigators found footage of the pair in intimate moments.

Orr, who is president of the Las Brisas Condominium Association in the Matanzas Shores beach community, was also captured testing the camera in his own unit before installing it inside the container.

He was charged with four counts of video voyeurism. Orr turned himself into the Sheriff Perry Hall Detention Center on Tuesday and has posted $20,000 bond and been released.

Officials who executed a search warrant found more surveillance cameras and devices in Orr’s unit.

The owner of the unit said Orr took care of the place while she lived out of state and that it was usually empty but sometimes allowed visitors, police said.

Authorities are urging anyone who has “allowed Orr unsupervised access to his home” to check for hidden cameras.

It’s not the only hidden camera in the US recently.

Earlier this summer, police discovered a camera hidden inside a false fire alarm in a public restroom on Sanibel Island in Florida. Dana Alan Caruso, 58, was arrested and charged with various felonies and misdemeanors related to the voyeurism.

And in March, an Airbnb host in Comfort, Texas, reportedly recorded more than 2,000 videos and images of people staying in his cabin. A Jay Allee faced 15 counts of invasion of privacy lawsuits.
